The project began with a brief for a large main stage, lighting rig integration, and a branded sponsor area. The team fabricated custom structural framing and finished panels in navy and gold, then installed the full set on site within the venue schedule.

Initial requirements called for a flexible stall system that could be reconfigured for several exhibitors. The build used modular components with consistent signage and lighting, delivering a cohesive exhibition floor presence while keeping setup manageable.

The brief focused on an immersive brand activation that visitors could engage with directly. The installation combined illuminated gold signage, interactive display screens, and a clear walkthrough path, completed and staffed for the duration of the event.
